The rating breakdown
0 of the 37 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Pianova Piano Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 37 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Olympia
3.4 percentage points lower than the middle of the 14 listings in Olympia we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Ryan tuned our old free piano that had been sitting in storage for years and eventually became more of a toy box and shelf than an instrument. Before he worked on it, it honestly sounded terrible. He raised the pitch, tuned it, made adjustments I don’t fully understand, and completely brought it back to life. I was honestly shocked by how good it sounds now. I can see why my daughter’s piano teacher recommended Ryan, he’s great! On top of that, he was fast, super friendly, and genuinely kind.
Thank you so much Lauren. It was so satisfying to transform that piano. Reviews like this make the work so meaningful and it really helps keep me … More
I’ve had my piano tuned and worked on by Ryan multiple times, and he is punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and does an amazing job with the tuning and voicing. Each time he comes the piano sounds even better than ever before. Ryan has also been a very responsive resource for questions I’ve had about pianos in general. I highly recommend working with him! You will be in great hands.
I am so grateful I found Ryan. I needed my old piano moved across a new carpet carefully and also hired him to tune it. He and his apprentice were wonderful, careful and so kind. He is deeply knowledgeable and experienced with pianos and I …
From the very beginning, it's clear that Ryan brings both heart and exceptional skill to his work. A talented and humble musician himself, his knowledge goes far beyond simply tuning a piano. He has a remarkable understanding of both the science and the art of piano care—from regulating the pedals, keys, and hammers to voicing the instrument for a warmer, more balanced tone. He also takes into account the room, the instrument itself, and the person who will be playing it.
Thank you so much Mariana! It was so satsifying preparing your Kawai grand for the recent house concert with Wolfgang. I'm delighted that you really noticed the voicing work. Opening your home and sharing the joy of live piano music is a wonderful gift to our local music culture, and I’m grateful…
