Unprofessional, Unethical, and Low Quality Service I had contacted George about moving primarily furniture and at first during my research with movers in the area, he had quoted me $560 for the job. Then when I reached out again to setup the move, he had quoted me $650. I agreed. He stated he would show up between 8/8:30 and arrived at 9. When he arrived and after seeing the apartment, then told me $850 (added a washer and dryer). I asked him $200 for the washer and dryer? No, I’ll do it myself then.
The Moving Co was a decent experience. The men were respectful, professional and worked quickly. They moved a bedroom set, dining room set and washer dryer out and into a place about 20 minutes away in an hour and forty five minutes and I was charged $300, so a little over $50 an hour. I had to take away a star because my bedroom set is antique and they chose not to detach the mirror from my bureau; they caused a huge break in the backing of the bureau and now I will have to get this professionally repaired.
Thanks for your business , you told us to leave the mirror on because you worried if we take the screws out they wouldn’t go back in but please always inform the guys right away if you think we damaged something so that we can resolved the issue immediately.
If I could leave negative stars I would. I called this morning was was told that the guys would be here today between 5:00 and 6:00 to pickup our sofa and love seat and move it to our storage unit. The lady told me that would call when they were on the way to our house. They never called. I called her back shortly after 6:00 and she first stated that someone from my house called to cancel. I assured her that no one did as it was just me and my husband.
Clearly something is wrong here and we take care of our customers Have a blessed day

We never had you as a customer and you leave 2 1 star reviews shows you had bad intentions from the beginning, which we sense from all the phone calls
They did not wrap the furniture and damaged my dresser, in numerous places, and damaged a file cabinet. Would not recommend
If we damage it please notify us immediately so we can fixed the situation otherwise we are not aware of the problem.

They were sent as a local addendum a week after the original delivery by the out-of-state movers who failed to complete the work contracted originally. They were very professional and did all the work carefully and quickly. Since they were not originally involved, they couldn't help with some of the unpacking, but handled everything else we asked for.
