Really disappointed because this company came highly recommended. The team seemed to really take their time with our move, which sucked because they charge by the hour and only give you the pricing at the end of the move. I would have been alright with the extra time if that meant they took care of my stuff. But turns out they broke the neck of my ukelele (which I had put in a padded case) and didn't inform me. So I only realized it after they had left.

My wife and I used Pineapple Movers for our move from Center City Philadelphia to Chester County. They were exceptional. They communicated openly with us leading up to the move, including finding a solution when the truck intended for our move had a last minute mechanical issue. On the day of the move, the team was friendly, efficient, and most importantly - conscientious. They took special care to minimize damage and move items carefully into our new home. All for an unbelievably reasonable price.
Mike, you were a pleasure to work with. You made it as easy as possible for us by being super prepared. If everyone we moved were as prepared as you, we’ll, let’s just say moving would be a lot easier.
I was beyond impressed with this company! I received a quote quickly after making the request and booking with them was a breeze. I appreciated the confirmation call the day before, which included helpful reminders from the email with the quote. Day of, the three movers were right on time, and that’s when the real magic began. I have used movers in the past so I thought I knew what to expect but the three movers blew me out of the water. They were SO fast!
I am editing this to add a comment to say that quoting, scheduling, coordinating, and the entire process was so smooth and easy. I loved working with the Pineapple team and their rates were among the lowest (or the lowest) that I found. I went to another highly rated moving company who quoted me a little more, and when I mentioned Pineapple, they said they loved them too and highly recommended them! That's pretty high praise from a competitor.

We had a sudden, within-city move that was a bit rushed because our tenant had to move in quickly. Pineapple Movers were not only responsive quickly - sending over a quote within hours - but so friendly and professional every single step of the way. They provide a packing service (which, for such a last minute need, was a major game changer), and completed that job efficiently and carefully the day before the move.
