In their own words
The worst and most malicious service provider I have ever encountered. The owner (Maor) is more of a con man than a business owner and took severe advantage of me and my husband. We were charged triple the price of our estimate and they did not deliver our belongings for over 2 months. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of humanity displayed by this company and hope others do not get robbed the way we did. Edit: seeing the response I am disappointed to see that you won’t take accountability for your actions.
Would not recommend anyone deal with these guys. Don't usually post reviews but want to prevent others from having the same experience. First of all the foreman or whoever was in charge brought basically two young kids to do the move and they were both clearly extremely inexperienced. They did not understand how to load 4 wheelers or dollies, at one point I saw a 4 wheeler stacked with my boxes start rolling away from them and they had to chase after it. Luckily it didn't fall.
I wish I had an option to give a negative rating! TLDR; but please read this before even considering this moving service. Based on my inventory list (1 bed/1 bath worth of stuff), I received a quote for an estimate of 3-4 hours worth of work and since Pink elephants on the move had "good" google reviews I decided to go with them..Big mistake! They wasted the first 30 minutes to park the truck and finish up the paperwork. All this time was counted without prior intimation.
Be careful when hiring Pink Elephants on The Move from Eskehilar Mor. Will over charges by minute. Will bring his own crews. Mor will keep chatting to prolong the time. His storage is in Sunnyvale and will not allow to have access at all. He damaged some of my high end furnitures. If you want you stuff back he will hold hostage and will not let you touch or go inside the storage with you. The rent is very very high $850 a month on top of it. It cost me $8000 for him to move my stuff and when I went to get it out.
I would not recommend this moving service. The guys who came to do the moving service did their job fine but the owner/person who gave us pricing gave us incomplete information during the whole process. Based on my inventory list, I received the quote of $1480 for an estimate of 4 hours work with 2 guys and a truck. I opted for this service just randomly by google search which was a mistake. They wasted first 30 minutes in paper work, seeing the stuff and then parking the truck.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Mor and his crew charged us extra for everything and even though we knew were being screwed, we had to move that day and were forced to go with it. Our belongings took 2 months to receive, the owner was dishonest, and we were overcharged at every turn. Also, several items were broken. If you want to pay a reasonable amount, work with professionals, and get your possessions in a timely manner, steer clear of this company.

I couldn't be happier with the service Maor and his team at Pink Elephants on the Move continue to provide is! Moving can be such a stressful experience, but they make it incredibly easy and smooth. Maor was fantastic from the start. He was professional, friendly, and very reassuring, addressing all my concerns and questions. The team always arrive exactly on time and handle everything with great care. They treated each item as if it were their own.

We needed a last minute small move from one side of the bay area to the other. Many other provider would not take such small job. Maor, the owner, was super responsive and gave a fair quote. The scheduling was very fast, and throughout the time we had constant communication. Maor and two guys picked up efficiently the item from its original location, dissembled it and packed it carefully into the truck.

When it comes to moving, I can't recommend Pink Elephants enough. Led by Maor, their team is not only professional and efficient, but they also go the extra mile to make the process stress-free. During our recent home remodeling project, we required a moving company that could handle packing, storage during the renovation, and timely delivery and unpacking afterward. Maor proved incredibly flexible with scheduling, accommodating even last-minute changes such as rescheduling our delivery for Easter day.
It was a lot of fun for us to pack everything in details and bring everything to it's. Place after you finish your renovation. We hope you enjoy your new home. It came out beautiful.
These guys are Super professionals , got their number from a friend while getting crazy quotes from all the big companies in the Bay area just needed help transferring few stuff that can fit in one room and got quoted a whole house.
