They were quick to return a phone call, provide a quote, and take a deposit. Since then they've been impossible to get in touch with. I hired a crew for loading labor, and they loaded the truck in the sloppiest, most unprofessional manner I've ever seen. It was so bad I had to ask them to leave, then unload and repack the entire moving truck myself.
The movers were friendly but careless on unloading and protecting furniture. We got a very late start and only one of the two trucks promised. Irreplaceable items broken and damage to several pieces of furniture. The manager came and inspected damage and took pictures. She requested I also send my pictures and she would send a repairman . Never heard back. Should have received a substantial discount but did not. Would not recommend!
This company never reached out to me. I called they got my info and said they would reach out. No one did. I called two days later due to no one reaching out and still nothing. Would not recommend
Worst company of movers, damaged items in the process. Didn't protect fragile items, and left items outside upon leaving.

Arrived promptly when expected, loaded and unloaded very quickly, wrapping each piece well (this was a furniture only moving job). Friendly personnel, good communication all around. Fair price. Would use again, definitely recommend.
Great service/ very responsive and really good at providing good customer service. I recently had a move where I shopped around for various movers to move me in the Montgomery. Alabama area. I asked for a quote and the manager, David responded to me and answered all my questions with moving. I only paid a deposit of $200 and I was all set. The movers promptly showed up at the date/ time I had confirmed. They worked swiftly and quickly moving my furniture despite it being a heat advisory.
Cam and Enrique were an AMZING duo!!! They carefully and skillfully wrapped, taped, and loaded all of my furniture for me; loaded up all the *very* heavy boxes I had packed; and were super friendly and helpful along the way! 😋 This was my first time using Pink Zebra Moving, and after my disappointment with a previous moving company, I was looking for something different and unique. Doesn't get much more different or unique than a literal pink zebra!

Our move was exceptionally good - actually great, considering all we put David Bowen (franchise owner) and his team through. It took three days, two 24' trucks, and a 14' U-Haul to get us into our new home 1.5 hrs. away. My wife and I are 70 and we struggle with age and arthritis. Consequently, we weren't ready on moving day, but our movers - Mo, JJ, and Hakim - were SO patient with and kind to us! "No worries," David assured us.
