Booked with PM based on good Google reviews, but I did not have a great outcome. My belongings were thrown around haphazardly, a mirror broken, brand new wood bed frames are chipped, they placed their dollies on garbage in the street and then used those same dollies on my furniture. I had to tell one of the team members that I do not want bed bugs, to store their dollies on the ground and not on random trash in the street.
Dear Seun, We are truly sorry that you had such a bad experience with our company. We will definitely take disciplinary actions on our employees and will make sure that nothing like that will happen in the future. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to improve our service!
Never will I ever use this company again #1 I was told by Nick before day of service that his guys are very nice I responded yeah but are they strong guys will they be able to get the job done I’m okay with friendly service but What I’m not okay with is after having 2 major surgeries I’d be doing more heavy lifting then the actual movers who were sent very displeased Oh yeah and friendly where?!

I had a great experience with this moving company. The team was professional, punctual, and handled all of my belongings with care. They worked efficiently, communicated clearly throughout the move, and made what could have been a stressful moving feel smooth and organized. Nothing was damaged, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers. We moved from New York to Florida.

Best experience with a moving company that I’ve ever had! Responded to my inquiry within minutes; scheduled my short move for the very next morning with about twelve hours’ notice from me. Planetary Movers are fully licensed and insured; they got me a COI for my building almost instantaneously upon request. Extremely reasonable price. Movers were friendly, professional, and more careful with my things than even I would’ve been. Planetary Movers: They’re out of this world!

We used Planetary Movers in our move from Brooklyn to Fishkill, NY in the Hudson Valley. The owner personally came to our home to provide an estimate and was always responsive in the period of time leading up to the move. Then for the move itself, there was an excellent four-man crew on hand from door to door, which included loading from two sites: our storage unit and our Brooklyn apartment.

“You have my word”. “You have my committment” You do not hear enough of this…. or if you hear it, it is because one is expressing disappointment with another party because it had been implied but there was no follow through. Planetary Movers gave me their word and made a committment to me that the would get this done… and they did! When I found myself scrambling for moving help at the last minute, because other movers did not show up, Planetary Movers informed me that they can make this move happen for me.
