got cut off and hung up on by Dawn, she thought i was trying to sell her something when i was trying to rent property. Dont waste your time, no excuse for this kind of rudeness. If you cant even take a call correctly, who knows what else you screw up.
We now have new management and ownership. We are working to change any past issues and provide better customer service!
I am giving this review because people need to know that this storage facility will take what they see on their cameras out of context to their own benefit. They have committed defamation of character against us. They took an event totally out of context, created their own contexts, called police, defamed our name and caused problems by making claims that did not exist , from another state no less.

The best storage I have ever had the pleasure in dealing with. They have been very polite and accommodating. I'm allergic to bees, wasps, hornets, and when I had to leave my storage because of them, they took care of the problem immediately. When the DR. told me I couldn't be in direct sunlight or the heat, they were very accommodating, helpful, and very understanding. I highly recommend Pocatello Business Park and Storage to anyone who needs it.

Acquiring the storage unit was relatively painless it was all done over the phone as there's no real office there to speak of,you get what you pay for. It would be nice to have a person to speak to face to face during these interactions, more access to a restroom on site would make it a little more convenient
