The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 17 | 94.4% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 5.6% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I Have been with this location exclusively for over 5 years and multiple owners. They are always curious and prompt when dealing with issues that arise. More importantly they are good management for the occupants of the units, the property itself is clean and secure with improvements all the time . I'm a very happy customer and pleased personally with my belongings in care. The expense over the years is been worth it. I would recommend for a variety of reasons.
Thank you for leaving us such thoughtful and detailed feedback Natalie! We hope to keep your business for many more years :)
Great storage place! I like the location, it's easy to drive in and out. They are very friendly and treat you as first priority. I used my unit for years and never had any issues. ☺️ Thanks for being so awesome! 👍 …
Thank you Anastasia! We greatly appreciate your feedback
Easy process, safe location, and the owner was very communicative. Highly recommend this location. Unit was clean, and the units are located in a safe spot.
Thank you for your recommendation and your business Maddie.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This company definitely deserves way more than what I could ever say. I've struggled numerous times with payment throughout our 1+ years of business, even missing a few payments in a row. But as long as I kept in touch and updated them, they were more than willing and understanding of the situation. They even allowed me extra time to avoid my unit being auctioned off. So if anyone is as human as I am, and experience hardships with whatever life likes to challenge us on, I recommend this company. 💯🙏🏼 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We understand everyone has challenges and hardships, your review is so heartwarming to us, and encouraging to keep our business people-centric. Thank you for sharing!
