Robert M was absolutely outstanding! He was extremely communicative, kind, and professional throughout my POD delivery. This was just a few days after a massive snowstorm, and despite the conditions, he made sure my pod arrived on time without any issues. When we realized my driveway had too steep of a grade to safely place the pod, Robert didn’t just give up or rush the process. He took the time to assess the situation, explain everything clearly, and help me find the perfect alternative spot.

Thank you Robert for your excellent service today, and to all the other drivers who helped make this transition from NH to MD so much easier for me. Everything went exactly as planned, scheduling, 30 min calls before dropoffs and deliveries..and I had 2 drops, 2 pickups. Great service all around! My very first conversation with the rep who assisted me, was quoted to exact amount. No hidden fees. I do suggest having 2ppl on the job...I highly recommend using PODs! Thank you!
