Extremely rude experience with the pick up guy. Doesn’t give us a chance to clean before charging us $$ for a dirty pod while we are standing there with brooms to clean out.

Wow this service was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I scheduled a pod to be delivered today. The window for delivery was 7:30-10:30am this morning. At 11am I called and was informed for the first time that the delivery window is not guaranteed and that it could be delivered any time today up until 6pm. At 6:30 my online account told me it was delivered…..it never was.

I live at Sandstone ranch — they carelessly dumped 2 huge pods in our parking area that collectively take up - 4 to 5 park spots. This is unacceptable. They could have taken the time to ensure the pods with WITHIN the parking spots, and left 2 park spots available for we paying residents, but they decided to have the pods overlap in 4 vacant spots. Parking at this complex is NOT easy. Spots get taken up quickly — it’s wildly inconsiderate of them to have not tried to position these in a more equitable spot.

I received a quote over the phone on 1/8/25 at 545pm EST for $3300, after the move and while they already had my entire life's possessions, they charged me over $3800 in total and insisted I never received such a quote. Opening up a customer complaint only made them double down on the lie that I never received such a quote. I asked them the check the call logs but they wont bother to verify. I will never use the service again and recommend anyone who do, to venture elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a scheduled drop off set for over a month, on that day the driver decides he cannot drop off the container, doesn't call or text for help, just leaves. I call customer service asking for it to be dropped off again on the available parking spot and they tell me they can't for another 3 days. Customer service was incredibly slow as I was on the phone for over an 2 hours and did absolutely nothing to help. Will never use this service again and highly recommend you do not as-well.

Disorganized and no way to communicate. Well, I have a pod sitting at my house with no idea when or whether it will be picked up. We scheduled pick-up 4 days ago and got confirmation. We never recieved a pick-up time/window, so we attempted to call. Nobody local to talk to. The offshore call center is telling us they can't see the schedule and they can't reach the local operator. In the meantime, we have moving trucks and other work scheduled with this giant impediment in the way.

Rescheduled my drop off date twice, and now left in a lurch to pay loading fees to a mover who I can't cancel. Pods rep was dismissive and just kept repeating information I could get via an automated system. Absolutely horrible customer service with no resolution.

The drop off and pick up of our POD went extremely smoothly. The driver who dropped off the POD was careful and helpful when placing it and the driver who picked it up was also careful and friendly. Our items travelled well across country so the driver must have been careful. We got a very good deal on the price of our move with PODS. I would definitely recommend PODS for any moving and storage needs.

The driver who delivered my POD to my delivery address was courteous, efficient, called to let me know he was on his way and to finalize instructions on where to place the POD. I enjoyed watching the POD unloading from the truck. The driver let me know where to direct any future questions. Using PODS was definitely a very convenient way to move across the country.

This was a really great moving solution and experience! The POD came and moved and left all on time. It stored a lot of things and it moved them all very well. What I enjoyed was watching how it worked, then figuring out how to use its space best, and the time it gave me to load and unload was wonderful. If I needed to make a change to my order, which I did, I could do most of it through the site.
