I scheduled an phone call and they called on time. As he was giving me the price quote which was broken down into 4 separate payments the phone disconnected. I only got the initial delivery charge. I never received a call back from the guy. I scheduled another phone appointment and no one ever called me back, so that's cool. I don't recommend at this point.

So, the first thing I will say is this: They will promise you anything just to get your business. Following up on what they promised...a whole different story. We called them and after several back and forth negotiation conversations, we agreed on price and deliveries. We rented an 8x16 container and had it delivered as scheduled. They asked us to give them a pick up date and said that the date can be moved to a farther day if necessary.

Run, don’t walk from this company! They run a very unethical business model, and they do this to many of their customers from what I can understand. Without going into too many details … I was scammed with this company on two fronts. The biggest one that I’ve heard other people have had the same thing happened to them is that they tell you that they lost your container or that it hasn’t arrived yet and they don’t know when it will arrive and they end up charging Over $400 per pod as a storage fee.

My mother hired pods to help us move from Lone Tree Colorado to Spokane Washington. They put the job out to a 3rd party after charging my mom nearly $11,000.00. That 3rd party showed up and then robbed my mother of another $7,000. Pods had told my mother all she had to pay was the nearly $11,000.00. They never said anything about a 3rd party. The representative that spoke with my mother was conveniently out of office after he found out the 3rd party was attempting to charge my mom another $7,000.00.

My complaint is that thay charged me for another month storage after they picked up the empty container whinin the 3 day grace period. I called their customer service requesting a refund of the months storage fee, they said it would take 3-5 business days. I called ather 7 days because I still had not received the refundand, I was told to wait anoth 3-5 business days! They are sure quick to take my money but slow to refund when their system screwed up!

Price was not even close to price quoted. After first month of realizing how ridiculously expensive it was when told otherwise, we set for it to be picked up. It then took them two reschedules to finally come get it, on their part. Would not use again or recommend.

I absolutely recommend using Pod instead of the other guys out there. You get to talk to a real person. Thank you for that We used our Pod for remodeling our home, we was able to use just one Pod, they are bigger than I expected. Which is great news right?? I told my family and friends about our experience with Pod, now when they start remodeling their homes they will definitely be calling POD. The staff at this location, Otis Orchards is great. I could not get the delivery moved up over the 800 number, but David Henry made arrangements to deliver one day earlier after I stopped by their local office. Great customer service for accommodating our need to have the POD delivered one day earlier. Both delivery and pick up drivers were great and answered our questions. Call wait times on 800 number way too long.
