I would give this business a Minus Star if possible. I have close to 5,000 Facebook friends and I am making sure they see the photos of the damage and everything that I went through with this service. I could have kicked my items across country and had a better experience. Horrible Company, Poorly trained workers, repeated over billing, or wrongful billing. Not Professional in personally responding on upper levels.

The services provided were not adequately explained. Apparently each location is franchised and fees add up with multiple transports. Additionally, although our location was listed on the website, the local franchise did not want to deliver there. I was told I would have to pick it up at their warehouse. Pods main office intervened and the CSR was very helpful. I still incurred an extra charge to get the pods to our front door.

I never leave bad reviews and I hate to do this but I need to warn anybody else before they are put in the spot that we are currently in. We are closing on our current home on December 3rd and closing on a new home the same day. We were told that the PODS would be delivered on Monday, November 25th to our current home so we could load them. We were also told by a representative that we would only need to call 3-4 days in advanced to schedule the drop off date.

In all honesty, if I could rate the delivery drivers and SOME customer service reps separately, I would. The drivers are awesome and most of the reps I’ve dealt with were great as well. Where it lacks is the business overall AND management within the business. I booked 3 containers for a military move, 2 -16’ and 1 - 8’. Drop off went without issue (aside from a non-English speaking rep who decided to drop it in Colorado Springs, when I Lived I.

We were very satisfied with this company and their services until it came time to schedule delivery of our pod. We moved out of state and weren't sure what zip code we would end up in. When we called to schedule delivery and give them our new address, they decided to charge us an extra $600 to drive past our new address and turn around and come back to us.

Did not honor dates of quote, the container was picked up empty because the HOA would not allow to sit on property 10 days for first available pickup. I scheduled drop on 8/11, pick up & move to new location on 8/13. I was unable to complete the move I traveled from Miami, & now the family that was counting on unloading container this weekend is inconvenienced as well.No customer service, just an offshore call center who was no help at all.

This company has the worst customer service they were great when I called to get pod service set up after that its been a nightmare canceled my delivery the same day it was supposed to be shipped now they moved it over a week out from original delivery day and am cross-country in an empty house with a family of 6 with out are belongings with medical equipment in pod thats needed for handicapped father called no one has answers then they tell you they will transfer you to someone than can help and they just send…

misleading delivery and pickup fees, they changed my pickup date(on there own) to an earlier date because they did not have a driver available. I spoke to customer service and explained that my pickup was supposed to be on the 20th but they changed it to the 18th. Since they can't tell you what time pickup will be i needed to have the pod empty on the 17th, the crew i had installing my new floors on the 17th did not finish until about 5pm.
