PODS made our move incredibly smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent the entire time. Sarah, our moving manager, was responsive, friendly, and always ready to help troubleshoot and answer questions. Josh handled both the drop-off and pickup of our pod in Minnesota, and he was professional, efficient, and very kind. On the Honolulu side, Tony, Richie, Dana, and Jay coordinated the drop-off and pickup of the empty pod and kept everything running seamlessly.

Ordering and reserving a POD was a smooth process. Sara Messenger walked me through the entire process and made sure everything was in order. She gave me her work email and phone number in case I had any questions or issues. It was a pleasure working with her. The day before delivery, I got an email providing the time window for delivery. On delivery day, the driver (Francis Rulloda) called me a told me about what time he would arrive. He came on time and placed the POD where I wanted it.

Outstanding customer service from the headquarters back east and especially the staff here on Oahu can’t highly recommend them enough! Drivers Dana and Sarina were very courteous and helpful and took great care unloading PODS here at my house as well as loading them back onto the truck. Also would like to thank the staff at Mililani , Jay, Richie and Tony for their efforts as well? Wish I could give a 10 star review instead of a five star, but that is not available in the ratings big Mahalo to the staff of pods!

Big shoutout to the PODS team in Mililani — Dana, Jay, Richie, Tony, and Sarina made our move seamless from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. It’s rare to find a whole team that’s this on point. If you’re moving to or around Hawaii, these are the people you want handling your stuff. Will definitely use them again for any future moves. Five stars all the way!
