The experience to get a POD moved two blocks and then moved off my property has been a nightmare. I wish that I could say really nice things about my experience, because I love the concept. Here's a chronicle of what happened. 1/2015 - Load POD AND have it moved to a place behind my business for storage. Have paid $184/month between January and November to have the ability to store my stuff behind my office while my house was on the market. That's over $1800 for ten months.
Pods would not deliver the container to my house. Had I known that fact I would’ve used a different company. I had to rent a Uhaul van to complete the job the Pods couldn’t! Some of the associates were not helpful causing delay I final delivery. Next time I’ll use Uhaul. For the price I’ve paid I’m very disappointed.

Would not recommend this company for local removals and I advise to never use them for storage of your goods. Very unprofessional and if you need to go to your storage unit you have to call someone in Florida to set up an appointment here …

I booked pods online and had only issues with the company. I highly recommend staying away from this company. I booked a pod for delivery on a certain date. They gave me a window of delivery the day before. I waited all day for my pod to be delivered. I called the company twice, and by the end of the day I was told it must have been forgotten. The delivery was set for a Saturday as I had to have my belongings out of my storage container by Sunday. On Monday I had already moved my belongings into my house.

PODS is quite literally the most incompetent company I have ever encountered. I was constantly on the phone with them throughout my move. They charged me fees multiple times they should not have. Customer service told me numerous times they would call me back and they often never did. I am not exaggerating. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a large company. Save your money and time and go with another company.

Final price was almost double what was quoted to me. I disputed charges but nobody ever got back to me. On top of that they changed my prebooked delivery date at last minute after I had people ready to help unload. I love the idea of these but for what they charged me I would have went with another option.

Absolutely terrible experience with PODS. They got everything from my phone number to the pickup date wrong when I set it up originally. Customer service claims there’s nothing they can do to help, will be charging me hundreds of dollars …

We used PODS for storage and moving and it was fantastic. Drivers were all prompt, they called ahead and everyone was very helpful over the phone too. Special mention to Norm who dropped off our POD at our final destination and it was a -45C day in January with a difficult to negotiate driveway (with tons of snow on either side) and he did a great job.
