I wish I could agree with the positive reviews but our experience was anything but, and I agree with the customer who wrote that the measure of a business is how it solves problems. In this regard we give them a failing grade. A piece of furniture was left behind; it was ostensibly too heavy and large to be moved by the crew and there would be a more robust crew to pick it up the next day.

My experience with this company was the worst experience I’ve had with a company. The initial process started smoothly until my stuff was picked up for delivery. My movers were unprofessional and were telling me the other mover “didn’t know how to load a truck”, they broke a lamp in my home that we discovered after they left, and they asked me and my mom to help move things. I was not given any tracking information and had no communication on when my items would be delivered.

I hired AMJ for a cross country move, and am really disappointed in the overall company and their lack of professionalism and communication after a devastating incident of theft. Unfortunately several high worth items were stolen by AMJ movers while packing us up, and we didn't realize how many items were stolen until we unpacked, at which point AMJ told us to simply file a police report. I would never recommend using this service. Sept30 Update: AMJ has written below that they want me to reach out.

Horrible wayfair experience. We've never had a company come up our driveway before and they decided to( we've always used movers who would park on the street and bring down the larger parcel on the street with a dolly; making sure no damage to our property, only the city's street if any would occur) They went and split our curbs a part and causing damage; they also promised monetary compensation and which was declined ( why even mention it then) The next step is to take this business to small claims court once we…

We had a terrible experience with this company. When booking, it was suggested to drop the transit insurance since we were looking for a good price. Thinking this was just insurance for the trip part which was 5 minutes away, we decided to do it. The movers arrived and were not efficient in the slightest. They dumped several of our totes, damaged furniture, and damaged our walls and floors. They also hurt themselves in the process, clearly they were inexperienced.

My family had a washer and dryer delivered using AMJ Campbell after purchasing it at Best Buy. They showed up on time with the correct product. Other than that...it was not a good experience. They installed the washer and dryer were installed in what I would expect would be a reasonable time. After, they turned it on a looked things over before telling me everything is done and is in working order. I took a look and trusted this to be true.
Paid five figures for a move across Canada in January 2023 and honestly received the worst service imaginable. My children's game console was STOLEN. They unpacked the empty box and tried to claim we removed the item ourselves even though they packed and sealed the box with the console inside in our presence (with their packing tape) at our old home.

We made the right choice with AMJ for our move. We are very please with Richard and his crew. They were punctual, respectful, efficient and very experienced. We had big awkward gym equipments and they were meticulous with transferring to our basement and even dismantling it. Every box was handled with care and really appreciate that they were respectful with our new home and made sure floors were protected. Would recommend Richard and his crew to anyone who is planning to move.

We moved from Winnipeg to BC in March 2026 and we are so happy we used AMJ Campbell as our moving company. Kathy Litton was who we had the pleasure of working with and she's the number one reason to use this company! She's VERY professional and very knowledgeable and makes everything easy for the customer. Even though she came to give us an estimate once we were half packed and in a real mess, her estimate was bang on. I had my doubts until they finished loading the final vault.

From start to finish Pam and Kathy from AMJ were wonderful,they new my belongings were going to be sent ahead of me and gave me the comfort I needed to hear. The Packers were joyful every step of the way. The day the massive 73' foot Atlas trailer showed up and maneuvered it's way into a bay street and Donna and Chuck Walsh stepped out of the cab. I knew all was good. The greeting we got from Donna and Chuck was so warm and welcoming .
