I hired Two Men and a Truck Winnipeg for their packing service and was very disappointed with the experience. I was quoted approximately $626 for the first 3 hours, but ended up being charged significantly more due to unexpected additional fees, including “travel time” to and from their warehouse. The packers called at 2:00 PM saying they were on their way but didn’t arrive until 2:40 PM. Despite that delay, I was still charged extra for the time they took to return to their warehouse after finishing.

8/7/25 Update: now that everything is settled down, I think I’m gonna have to lower the score as we finally received our bill and it seems like they like to take advantage of how slow they work. Not only were a half an hour late, but they took 14 hours to do a two bedroom apartment, they came unprepared, and when we spoke to their operations, they told us that’s mandatory that they only have one dolly and straps to hold down the items in the truck.
Promises from the office did not match the actual job. The move took 2 days instead of 8-9 hours. Parts of TV stand and couch were missing for 2 days. Two emails expressing the hardships of the move were sent the the sales …

I personally wish that 0 stars was an option, my families experience with this company was absolutely horrendous. Our move was on April 30, originally I was told it would be likely we could do an early move and then they would be able to hold our belongings until we had the keys for our new place we had told Merv that we had to be out by 3pm on the 30th, I got a call the a few days prior asking if we could move the move to 2pm on the 30th, and I reiterated that we had to be out by 3pm, he then told me they would…
I booked this company because of the five star ratings for fast and efficient moving and with interactions with Kale McMullin, a very polite and professional person. My moving experience was anything but fast, efficient, or professional. The movers arrived late. I told them they only had the elevator between 9am- noon. They dragged their feet. When someone else in the building needed the elevator to move one load at 1 pm I told the movers to let the other tenant use the elevator.
Boxes marked fragile were dumped upside down, items broken and scratched. Showed up 2 hours late, first they said driver was sick, ten minutes before they were supposed to arrive. Then the truck broke down. It seemed like they had …

These guys were very fast, but also very careful! They had tons of moving blankets and wrap to make sure everything was properly covered and protected. They were also friendly, and patient with us. I have pets that had to be locked up in a room, and they had to be moved from room to room as the movers were emptying rooms. My new place has very narrow halls, steep stairs, and I have big furniture, and they were still able to get it done quickly without any problems.

Promise, Surjeet and Tej ,were our movers today. They did an amazing job at moving our house from the rural area to the city. They were kind, very professional but most of all they were friendly and very Respectful. With a smile on their faces they did everything we asked of them and beyond. Tej and Ebunie were our movers this past Saturday, and these guys were amazing, efficient and hardworking. The weather was horrible freezing rain below 0 they completed the whole move from a 2 level townhouse also assisted with dropping off some furniture to my in-laws overall great experience with Tej and Ebunie 100% recommend them if you are needing some quick hardworking movers. 5 stars!
