In their own words
I’ve used the services twice. The second time multiple pieces of furniture were broken. I brought that up to Paula Polk and sent photos asking what their claims process is. The moving employees taped one of the table legs as a courtesy, however, that is not a solution to a customers furniture getting broken. Since then, she’s refused to answer emails or voicemails. Unfortunately, they only accept cash or Venmo.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

This company was referred to us by a neighbor here in Bartlett Tennessee that previously used them with much success. We booked our move with Polk’s and there was no disappointment. These guys showed up on time, ready to go. We had two stops for them and they got everything on and off the truck with no damage in a very reasonable amount of time for the distance we had to travel. Professional, courteous and prepared. A big thank you to the guys for the a job well done.

It was a pleasure working with Paula , and would definitely call her for any future moving needs. Thank you so much for your kind words. It was such a pleasure working with you.
Polk's was recommended to us by Sheffield's Antique Mall. We called on a Saturday afternoon and they got back to us very quickly. The Lady we spoke with on the phone was very helpful and pleasant. Their quote was reasonable. They delivered the piece as scheduled, had it wrapped very well and were very careful. Both were very friendly. Overall a very good experience. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
You are awesome!! Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Also, we all your business. We hope you’re having a great weekend!!
