The rating breakdown
0 of the 22 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Port City Piano Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 22 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Wilmington
1.1 percentage points lower than the middle of the 21 listings in Wilmington we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Robert does a great job with tuning and repairs. Always professional and on time. He has been doing work for me for many years. Always a happy customer.
Thanks John, always a pleasure doing business with you. Your pianos are awesome. Keep them coming my way. Thanks John!!!
What a relief! I'm embarrassed to say we hadn't tuned our piano in years and I had no idea who to call. I found some good recommendations online and decided to take a chance and call Rob. I couldn't be happier. Rob is friendly, and professional and obviously extremely knowledgable. He took wonderful care of our piano as well as us as customers. I felt like we were all in the best of hands. I am very happy to have found our new regular piano tuner. I wholeheartedly recommend Port City Piano Service.
Thanks Catherine for the positive review, I enjoyed working on you wonderful piano and look forward to tuning it in the future!!!
Rob is THE BEST! He’s extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust him to tune my baby grand. I’ve recommended him to all of my students and they’ve been extremely happy with his work, too. Plus, he’s just an all around great guy! If your piano needs work, give him a call. You won’t be disappointed!
