AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!! I filled out the online quote form and shortly after received received an email and text with the quote. I called and spoke to Natayla who gave me their direct number. After discussing the move I said I would call back in a few days. I called and Natalya said she would call me back in 10 minutes and rushed me off the phone. I never heard back from her that day or a few days later. Rude and unprofessional. They also have multiple addresses and some don't show up on Google Maps.

We hired Portland Movers Company for a full pack and full move between two units in the same building. We chose them on a family recommendation and paid for the full service specifically because we are both currently injured. The crew was scheduled for 11:00 to 12:00 and arrived around 2:00. There was an accident and things happen, but by the time they arrived we had already packed everything except the kitchen.

This is one of those “I’d give them zero stars if I could” review. Other than make an appointment to move, every other thing they did along the way was done poorly, or rudely or both. From the time they showed up and would not park where they needed to (outside an apartment, rules exist), to not listening to anything I was trying to show them. To not having proper moving equipment.

The movers were nice and easy to work with, but the move took much longer than it should have — especially the loading. We were only moving a bed, couch, desk and a few smaller items out of a one-bedroom apartment that we had almost completely cleared ourselves. It took three movers nearly two hours just to load those items, and at one point one of them asked if we could help. I’ve hired movers several times before and have never been asked to assist.

We hired this company for a full pack and full move because both of us are currently injured and physically unable to do the work ourselves. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst service experiences we’ve ever had. The biggest issue wasn’t the length of the move. It was that the crew was so slow and appeared so inexperienced that we had to step in and do what felt like at least 60% of the work ourselves just to get the move finished.

TL;DR: Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Look elsewhere. I booked this company to pack and load my belongings into a POD. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel. I texted the customer service agent, Natalya, to cancel, and she replied: “Understood. I will cancel the move and email you a confirmation. Thank you.” There was no mention of any cancellation fee. About a week later, I noticed a ~$250 charge on my credit card. When I asked about it, I was told that there was a 14-day cancellation policy.

Terrible customer service! I was trying to arrange a purchase of a safe. I called them and asked if they could move a 400lbs safe from a business to a residence 15 minutes away. I gave general locations. The sellers business had a forklift and could put it directly onto the truck. I did not want it delivered inside. I wanted it dropped on the curb. The gentleman that answered told me it would be no problem. That it would be easy.

This company helped me with a local move in May, 2020. They were professional and overall did a great job. However, they broke an expensive queen headboard and at that time they apologized and said this wouldn't be an issue that if I couldn't get someone to repair it, they would replace it. I called to let them know of the cost to repair the headboard and also the cost to replace it.
