The worst experience of my life. Broken glass. 3 months of waiting for the owner to respond to my emails with telling me the glass came broken, then he was going to mail it, then didn’t hear from him. I always had to be the one to follow up and check I. I told him I would give him bad review that I was sick of dealing with it after three months and then he threatened me with giving me $4.60 because that’s what our contract allowed and he wasn’t going to give me the glass anymore.

Extremely rude and over the phone I was asking about availability and because I was double checking to see if he had an earlier availability, he just hangs up. You do not want to use a company like this Incase anything goes wrong
Hi Josh, were sorry we were disconnected during our call. As an owner operator I sometimes have to take calls while working on the trucks and its easy to get disconnected. We would never just hang up on a client. We wish you the best of luck on your move and hope you are doing well.

Precision Movers, ... what a tremendous find. We were looking for a mover who would move us in stages over a period of weeks. Most companies we contacted wanted us to fill out a form on their site, without regard to the needs of our situation. When we contacted Precision, Ara called us directly and visited our home to discuss the multi stage move. He was very accommodating, and reserved specific times for us over a period of three weeks.
I've used Precision Home Movers 3 times in the past 5 years and they've a fantastic company! Reasonably priced, on time, and very professional. I would recommend Precision Home Movers to anyone looking for a quality moving company with a fair price. They are also able to pack and unpack storage containers such as PODS. We recently got Precision Home Movers to move us from Spotsylvania to Stuarts Draft, VA, and we couldn't be happier. Ara and his crew were professional, punctual, and personable. When he did his initial evaluation of our 2 story home with a basement, Ara was extremely thorough, taking plenty of time to look at everything and discuss our questions and concerns. In addition, his price was better than the big name company that we got another quote from.
