I was referred to this company by Meyer’s Music. I have called twice and emailed once with zero response. I managed to reach someone who said he would call me back and get me on his calendar. It’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I used Precision Piano Moving this morning for an upright piano moving from house to house. The seller is a very picky lady who has very high standard for protecting her precious lawn. The team did a great and professional job which only took 2-3 mins to move the piano out her house and then transferred smoothly to mine. Craig and his team are the best. I contacted him yesterday afternoon, and got rapid response from him soon, they were on time this noon, and all the communication is very smooth.
The guys at Precision were extremely easy to work with. Fast and clear communication, great price, and exceptional service. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you, gentlemen!
I hired Precision Piano Moving to move my baby grand piano during a remodel at our house. I assumed they would have to take it away and store it, but they told me that if I had a place available in the house, they could take the legs off and sit it up on a piano board on its side and store it here at the house! This saved me a lot of money! Before they moved it, I had concerns about the possibility of it falling over, but once I saw how they secured it, I knew it was totally stable. These guys are PROfessionals!
Craig and Greig did an outstanding job moving my grand piano from one building to another on our university campus in Kansas City, MO. They handled the piano with exceptional care and professionalism, making sure it was moved safely every step of the way. They were also incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to work with. Since I had a piano dolly that I no longer use, they even took the time to remove it and easily installed caster wheels on all three legs of the piano for me.
