Buyer beware! I contacted Premier for a 1-bedroom local move with 1 month of storage for my college student. What was explained over the phone as a $500 move turned into a $1000 move! My daughter was intimidated by a manager when she called to dispute the bill. They told their movers not to leave her apartment until the bill was paid. No way to dispute a $187 Warehouse Handling Fee that was not disclosed or the significant difference in billed time for the drayage in vs.
One of worst move services I have used over 13 moves. Full pack, storage and move over 7k. The packers were slow as molassess and the boxes were packed horribly. A lot of broken stuff qhen opened and the delivery guys didnt put dressers and mirrors back together and othr stuff to.
I hired this company to move furniture from the kitchen, dining room, and living room down to my basement while new flooring was being laid. The guys that were sent were like the 3 Stooges. They couldn’t get organized and started putting furniture pieces in a side bedroom haphazardly. One stood on a piece of furniture with his shoes on, using it as a “ladder” to disassemble an entertainment center.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They are an agent for North American Van Lines and came and quoted for a move from MO to MI. Guaranteed a delivery date between 9/1-9/4. Arrived to unload and asked for payment, but didn't tell me that they didn't have all my stuff until after I paid in full. It is still sitting in MO 20 days later and say that they are "waiting for a truck to go that way". Why guarantee a date if you cannot fulfill the contract? They received FULL payment and only PARTIALLY delivered the shipment.
Every part of our move was tedious and stressful. They couldn’t give us a specific delivery date so that we could coordinate with our new complex until a week prior to the move. We had to check on parking ourselves and set it up for them. Then when they arrived to deliver our stuff they only had the driver to bring our boxes in. My husband spent several hours on the phone trying to find help, but no one cared or took responsibility. This move was the worst I’ve ever done.
They moved me at the end of march. I just noticed, while looking for some hunting equipment, it isn’t here at the house. A $500 deer stand and tree sticks never made it to my house. I have called 3 times over the time frame of 3 weeks or so …

Charleen, I'm not sure who you talked to in our office but I am positive that no one would just throw out a price of $3,250, our estimator compiles a lot of information before giving a quote.
They litterly dropped my PS5 Pro and broke it, offered me $16 for it, I paid $750, if you want your items moved safely, don’t trust these guys.
I'm sorry to hear about your PS5 but I beleive you have the wrong company, we do not have you in our system at all as moving you or have we had a PS5 come through claims.

The three Premier employees that handled/moved our house belongings, Matt, Dakota & Jarquise, were so great to work with! We’ve invited them for Thanksgiving dinner this year. LOL. But seriously, we truly enjoyed moving day. They were all hard working, kind, courteous, helpful, conscientious, funny, respectful, and handled all our belongings with extreme care. We could not have asked to be in better hands. And the office was on top of things and prompt in answering our questions and listening to us.
I would highly recommend them. We did a local move using Premier to get all of our furniture and large items. They were very professional. Everything went very smoothly. No issues at all. We were quoted 7 hours and they finished in 4.5. They had a crew or four and they made short work of it. I thought the price was reasonable for the level of service and the quality. The people doing the moving clearly knew what they were doing.
Premier Moving did a fantastic job helping my parents move out of the house they lived for over 40 years. Communication was great, they worked incredibly hard, and they were very gentle with lots of fragile things. Would definitely recommend!
We have used Premier Moving for 5 different moves. The service has always been excellent! We have experienced no problems in any of those moves. The latest was top notch. We had complete confidence in the crew, and we were not disappointed. Premier has our complete confidence and we wholeheartedly give our recommendation for Premier for your next move.
