Door on my unit is kind of Janky. If you aren’t careful when you open it, it will pull out of the track on one side. And I think when I rented the unit, I should have been let know that where my unit is located you cannot turn around a trailer or anything you could only pull in and back back out 50 yards. There’s no way to get around the building.

There were some initial hiccups in reaching the correct facility. It was a Saturday; however the website listed a phone number to reach the facility on Saturdays. Multiple locations were listed as the parent company owns multiple sites. Reaching my location was difficult but finally able to do so. Tried through company website then an address location via maps apps. Finally reached the correct managing location.

Premier Storage has went far and beyond to make our families experience the best as possible. My mother passed at the end of the year last year and we were left in a bind but they took care of the logistics to get things taken care of to get things back on track. Really nice and great service. I would recommend to anyone!
