This used to be an amazing, clean facility with excellent customer service. But whoever took over in the past year has done immense damage to the reputation earned and I can no longer recommend it to fellow college parents in the area. The prices have doubled, the rat infestation tripled, and the ability to reach anyone who can help with the SIMPLEST of requests is exponentially difficult. We moved out of our unit almost a full month ago, but are still receiving bills. No one at the facility knows how to help.

I LEFT EVERYTHING I OWN IN ONE OF THEIR UNITS BACK IN JULY UPON RETURNING I DISCOVERED RATS HAD DESTROYED ALL MY POSSESSIONS! I PAID FOR INSURANCE AND WAS ASSURED BY LARISSA THAT IF I UPDATED MY REVIEW SHE WOULD PERSONALLY MAKE SURE I GOT MY INSURANCE CHECK . WRONG JUST ANOTHER LIE AND THEY CONTINUE TO DROP THE BALL .

Like the other guy says. Nobody cares about your stuff. My things got stolen from there and they didn't even have cameras that recorded.
This review has been long time coming because I was not in good faith, going to make it until I had moved out of this storage unit. Now that I have moved into the new storage center that's off of 6th street, which is 10 times better and climate controlled for the same price I was paying at this place, to have something 3 times smaller, not climate controlled and leaked water on my boxes (they never fixed this issue and I let them know more than 3 times) not to mention all the spiders in my boxes, I can honestly…

This storage facility since it changed ownership has completely gone south. The have owed me a refund on a unit I never took possession of. And continue to charge me for said unit along with the unit that I do occupy. Not very friendly call center. They changed my gate code without notification. I have never seen so many empty units in a storage facility's. That on its own will tell you something. Stay away from this facility for your own good......

I’ve cancelled my storage unit, there was something i didn’t do before so i then went and fixed it i tried calling them, no one has answered. I went up there, to try and get it figured out. the door was locked and there was clearly someone there. I will never use this storage unit again. by far the worst experience i’ve had. They are now trying to charge me i’ve called them everyday for the past week and a half and no one can pick up the phone.

Did it all online. Would be great if it worked. It doesn't. They emailed me an access code and called to confirm that I had gotten one. I thought it was great service. Went over that evening and the access code wouldn't let me in. Now I have a full trailer that will have to sit outside. They don't open until 10am so I can't even go first thing in the morning. Going elsewhere and demanding a refund.

Great prices and easy to get set up. Was not happy with the huge cockroaches that got into my stuff being in there for a very short time
