I would definitely stay away from this company. They moved us to southport and damaged a lot of furniture and dirtied floors and carped in our new house. The movers were rude as well as the owner. We asked for compensation for broken items and they low balled us on value.
Here's a follow-up of my previous post about this company not only did they make me leave leave my things behind my precious plants I've had for years but also the things that they brought I'm noticing are missing they never got here they must have kept I kept my box of hey dude shoes and some tools.. they had me so stressed out and even after the move I'm still dwelling on it it was the worst worst I will never call them ever again
They destroyed my furniture and lied about doing it. The mover broke it taking it down the ramp of the moving truck and left laying in my garage. When I called the manager she lied and was really nasty. 3 people were here when he told me he broke my desk. They also broke the legs on my daughter's book shelf. I would not recommend anyone using them. The woman who said she was manager was related to the guy who did it and kept changing her story.
This operation is terrible. The guys needed parents/managers to be onsite with them and oversee their every move. They were obnoxious and immature. Two pieces of my furniture were damaged simply out of sheer incompetence. When I finally got through to the owner with my complaint, she completely dismissed my notions. I will never use their services again.
Called 3 times over the course of 8 days and left messages with Meredith and David... apparently Judy is the owner and the person I need to talk to... nothing.... they obviously don’t care about attracting new customers.... don’t bother, lots of much, much better alternatives in Wilmington NC
Horrible experience. Just got our items out of storage. Items were chipped and damaged. Stored incorrectly in our storage unit. Employees were loud and profane. Moving dates were confused. Would not recommend this company nor use it again. Awful experience.

My wife and I sold our home to our youngest son and downsized to a townhouse on June 21, 2021. We were recommended to Premium Moving by my sister-in-law who used their service to move to St. James, NC. We previously used them to move to Raleigh, NC in 2016 but on our return when Covid hit we used our five sons. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Then when we sold our home it was a no brainer - Premium Moving Inc!!! So now that brings us to Ron and his crew!
This was our first out-of-state move. We were SUPER impressed. We had everything packed and ready to go, but they took the time to shrink wrap everything to ensure a smooth move. Charles and the crew were extremely professional, communicating during the entire process. The price was well below our expectations- they should charge more! We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Well done!!!
A few weeks ago I used Space’s Premium Movers to move my 1-bed room apt. to a different complex not too far away; not a whole lot of stuff but my furniture was VERY heavy. The crew, David and Ray, arrived right on time with a newer, clean diesel truck. The crew got started right away and you could tell they were experienced professionals. No goofing off, no smoke breaks, just getting the job done.
I highly recommend this moving company. Meredith came out to our house and gave us a quote to move from OKI to Lake Greenwood, SC. After we made the decision to utilize their services, I visited them a number of times to buy moving boxes, packing paper, tape etc. and Robyn was ALWAYS very helpful and answered any questions I had.
