They rummaged through my jewelry drawer and stole anything that was worth something! I called the owner who was very dismissive. He does not care about customer service at all. So disrespectful.
⭐ ZERO STARS “Rude and Unprofessional Receptionist” If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionist, TYLER , was extremely rude and unprofessional — completely lacking basic phone manners. His attitude speaks volumes about the company’s standards and how it treats people. Definitely not the kind of first impression any business should make.

Javonte, Elliot and AJ were punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with great care. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was packed securely and moved efficiently. I had a small move into my place after recently finishing renovations, so I was really particular about hiring movers who would actually be careful with my home and furniture. From the start, Tyler was great to work with over the phone he was professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The two movers who came out, Nick and Elliot, were excellent. They were professional, respectful, clean, and communicated well throughout the move.

Horses are at a boarding stable because I didn't want them up here. Shane and JoJo have moved me and my family in Arizona and at that time they had shown nothing but professionalism. Prestige moving has went above and beyond all of my imagination and these two men traveled from Arizona to South Dakota back to Cheyenne in 2 days.
