I contracted and paid online for Prestigious Moving Service to help unload a PackRat container on October 16th that was supposed to be delivered to my new address on October 14th. On the morning of the 14th, I got a text from PackRat that said there was a delay and they would not be able to deliver it (which was the second time they postponed). I cancelled the scheduled unloading with Prestigious right away.

This had to have been the most disgusting experience I have had. They show up an hour late to their 2 hour arrival window, then one of the movers sexually harasses me for the entire time they are at my apartment. I am paying you to load my things into a truck. As a younger, single woman, the last thing I want is to feel incredibly uncomfortable and threatened in my own home.

I made a reservation for two people, two hours, at 1 p.m., and even called to confirm in the morning, but they didn't show up without a call. I waited, then called. One of them was sick and couldn't come, so only one person could come. However, the cost was for two people. He told me to cancel if I wanted to. We canceled. At that moment, we felt like the sky was falling. We had packed everything and were waiting. We had to call 10 times to find someone who was available right away.
Grateful that you did find a uhaul helper, due to a last minute sickness on our part. I called you, shortly after 1pm (recorded), to inform that I would be able to perform your job at no extra cost, even if it took a little longer.
Worst moving service. No timeliness, puts the customer last. Does not inform customers of delays. My appointment was at 1430, it is now 1740 and I haven't heard anything from them. I called about 30 times noone there to help. I went to the physical location and it seems that it doesn't exist. Are they real?? Do not use. I am highly upset that I cried because I am supposed to also leave the state on a long drive and it's 6pm and movers haven't arrived.

We had a great experience with Mr. Von and Mr. Bing at Prestigious Moving Services. They arrived early and were ready to start right away. The entire move was completed safely and within the scheduled time. Mr. Von and Mr. Bing worked efficiently and handled all of our furniture with care. Since my English is limited, there were some communication challenges, but they were very patient and did their best to make sure we understood each other.

Amazing moving service, very professional, kind and hard working group. I highly recommend, I needed a last minute assistance for a DITY PCS and they were able to help me pack up everything within 2 hours. I really couldn’t have done it without their help and it was a very fair price. So grateful for their help!
