The rating breakdown
1 of the 40 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Prime JB Movers are one or two star.
Worked out from 40 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other movers in Surrey
0.8 percentage points higher than the middle of the 21 movers in Surrey we can publish a rate for.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
JB movers was an overall fantastic experience. Not only were they friendly but made me feel extremely comfortable moving on my own. Our initial conversations took place over text, they were responsive and very clear with the plan. On the day of the move they were on time, and beyond helpful. They took a look at the items to create a plan, I had only two items and they were open to take more items to make the move easier for me. Once we got to the new place they were respectful and careful while moving my items.
Thank you Angelina. We appreciate your comment
First time hiring movers, and didn't know what to expect. Prime JB Movers made it really easy for me with an estimate and kept constant communication whenever I had a question and believe me, I had a lot of questions! They quoted me a charge time 3 hours according to the description of my items to be moved and to the location where I'll be needing it to be delivered to. Oh man, they did it quicker than expected, only charging me 2 hours! Amazing!
Thank you Jermaine.
Highly recommend Prime JB Movers! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were not only punctual and professional, but also Bernard and the team were incredibly accommodating to my changing schedule and specific needs. I was relieved to see my belongings handled with such care. They also took the time to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in the new home and set up everything as it was.
Thank you, Nichole! We're thrilled to hear your move was smooth and stress-free with Prime JB Movers!
Bernard attended to give me a quote within a day of my call. He worked with staff at the assisted living residence I was going to so that his use of elevators did not conflict with busy times for resident use. Moving day proceeded seamlessly. The truck arrive at exactly the scheduled time. All items were meticulously wrapped. At my new apartment they put things back together and moved furniture around to meet my changing desires.
Thank you, Carole! We're thrilled you had a seamless experience. Appreciate the recommendation! - Prime JB Movers
