Recently had this company help me move across town and I was very disappointed in their service. The workers showed up late for our start time and were not careful with my things. They broke several small objects and damaged my TV as well as a large mirror. They tried to leave without returning all of my belongings (I had to run outside to catch them with my personal moving supplies) and without fully reassembling my desk.

Lots of back story to give context, but in a nutshell: 1) slow and chatty movers - made wife uncomfortable as they were asking a lot about her background. 2) deliberately leaving large pieces for last so you have to extend their work time to complete the job. 3) Shady request to extend work time by asking for interact transfer to personal account 4) Bad customer service with no response after job - requested work extension receipt for 2 weeks Do not recommend Prime Moving.
Hello, Yew. You have the wrong company. We are based in London, Ontario - not Vancouver. We have no affiliation. I’m sorry you had to deal with that. Update: I have just noticed they have stolen our logo and it’s being used on the U-Haul site serving Vancouver. I will get in contact with U-Haul.
I Booked months in advance, for a Thursday move, from an apartment and was reassured that I didn't need to worry about a thing! I was concerned about a few pieces and asked at the time of booking and again a week before the move if there was anything that I should do. The people I spoke with were very kind in reassuring an older, single, women that the guys would have everything they needed to protect my furniture.

Prime did a moving job recently . It was very professional. But in the process we lost a few items . I called the owner and told him . He said he is going to check and call back. He never did.TRUST is essential in doing business. For people who are planning using Prime I would say watch out your stuff.

Excellent service and a seamless move! Our movers were on time, efficient, respectful and friendly. Pricing was very competitive and great value for the high level of service we received. Communication leading up to the move was also wonderful. The movers took a lot of care with our items and were very accommodating when putting things in the appropriate rooms in our new house. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely use Prime again in the future. We highly recommend this company!

Outstanding Moving Experience with Blair’s Team Moving can be a stressful ordeal, but thanks to Blair and his dedicated team, my recent house move was anything but. Blair’s crew was not just efficient and diligent; they were exceptionally careful with all of my belongings, treating each item with the utmost respect and care. From start to finish, the team's professionalism and efficiency were evident.
Overall, it was an EXCELLENT service. Both Hayden and James were polite and professional. Blair was responsive. The company has a great automated system for reminders, etc. Overall, the price is reasonable. One of the things I have asked Blair to consider is not providing the client with the MAXIMUM amount if that amount is not going to be honoured and with no explanation.

I just had a Conversation with the owner of this company. I live in a different province and used a moving company who used this name and logo to scam people. After doing a bit of digging, I realized the reality and reached out to the owner of the real Prime Moving. I hired these (fake) people through the U-Haul Moving help app And in the end, there were anything but helpful.
