Terrible experience. Julie was beyond unprofessional and rude. Even single box was damaged, the movers moved so slowly, we went over by 3 hours. Stay away from this company!
I used this company for moving down/up the street. I was charged all most $3,000 for that move. This also included my family members. Helping the movers move me. This also includes getting lunch for them. Also included being charged 2 separate fees for the initial credit card payment. they don't tell you until after they've moved you. What the final cost is and that's when you have a huge build to pay. They do not accept a check it is cash or credit card. It was an awful move.
Quoted for 3 hours but ran overtime 2 hours. One of the crew was first day on the job. The team lead had to slow down to train the new member. He dropped the nightstand due to careless, damaged to the wall and the nightstand. Update October 1, 2024: I complained and they promised to get back but they didn't follow up. Dropped to one star. Stay away from this company

We contacted several moving companies for a quote to move semi-long distance (about 5 hours away). Prime Movers responded quickly, had the lowest quote, and was extremely helpful and responsive in planning and scheduling the move, and answering any questions we had. When our actual move date was approaching, it looked like Hurricane Ian would be hitting the day of our move, and Prime contacted us ahead of time to work out contingency plans and alternate timing.

Zeke, Sam, and Levy helped me and my mom move my furniture to my new apartment a few days ago and they made a stressful process that much easier. They were professional, communicative, friendly, and efficient, and it was a really great experience for a really great price (especially compared to other moving estimates we received, theirs was about half the cost of many others). Highly recommend their services.

Prime Movers has just become my go-to local or Florida intrastate mover. Leonardo and his team were excellent. I needed to do an unusual move-- local, literally 1 mile away, but full-service (packing of all belongings included) of a 4-bedroom house. However, I'm a single person without pets or children, so it's less work than a usual 4BR house. I asked for estimates from UF Mover Guys, Two men and a Truck, and Prime Residential.
We contacted Prime Residential Movers the day before we needed a move completed. We needed a Sunday move and we needed them to supply the moving materials (boxes, et al), and for them to pack up the home of a hoarder. They arrived right on time. Leonardo and his guys were wonderful! They had very positive, upbeat moods throughout a very long day. They did an amazing job of packing and wrapping everything. Watching them (Keys) organize it all to fit in a logical manner in the storage unit was quite impressive.
