The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 10 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 9 four and five star reviews we have read for Prime Residential Movers. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I had originally hired another moving company to do my move 2 trucks and 6 workers for Saturday. The movers never arrived. While I was waiting at the storage unit I noticed a crew from Prime Residential Movers working with utmost care. I spoke with Leonardo and he gave me the contact information for the office. I called and scheduled my move for Sunday. 7am I met the movers from Prime Residential and they busted their butts and had everything finished . Professional company and professional and courteous employs.
Leonardo, Carlos and Nick were awesome 😎!!! We had a maintenance issue with our Uhaul truck and had to switch trucks hours away from home. These guys made a bad situation much better. They were fast, efficient and even entertaining! I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat 💓 ! Thanks guys! 😘😜😂
Every mover who came to assist us was absolutely wonderful!! They did everything in a timely manner and were so careful with all of my things. I would definitely use them again!
Hi Makinsey, thank you so much for this great 5-star review. We really appreciate your business and helping to share the word about.
Leonardo and Keys were very professional. They took good care of my things and I’m grateful I was able to book them at the last minute. I would highly recommend Prime Residential Movers and make sure you ask for Leonardo and Keys. They work well together and were awesome! Can’t thank them enough!
