I hired this company about a month in advance and scheduled them to arrive at my apartment at 10:00 AM on February 21 for my move. Two movers showed up on time, but incredibly, they arrived completely unprepared and without even the most basic equipment needed to do their job. They informed me they had to go to a local store to get a dolly and would be back in “20 minutes,” which turned into nearly an hour of wasted time while my entire move sat at a standstill.
