Was not pleased with their service. Not sure if this is the right location but Mr. Roger was the manager. I called 3 weeks in advance to book my move. Upon setting it up I asked if they had any confirmation email or deposit requirements which they did not. That was kind of weird to me, most places require a deposit or at least a email confirming the appointment. On the day of I was expecting them at 1, I waited until 1:30 to call and inquire where the movers were, no response by phone or email.
I apologize for the inconvenience.The crew that was scheduled to move you got delayed on the first move so we sent the first available crew and rented a Budget Truck to get you move and that why we took off a hour and a half for your move.
Truly the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I planned months in advance for my move and shopped around. Talked on the phone with the owner, Roger, for about 15-20 minutes detailing how intricate they are with their moves, including how they pad/plastic wrap/protect all furniture, and how they disassemble/reassemble furniture. Come moving day, the owner and another guy showed up. First, they refused to disassemble ANY furniture and told me to take apart my bed frame and my dresser.
All furniture was wrapped with protective pads. The wood furniture was damage from years of use. We still wrapped it. The sofa was wrapped before we place it on the truck by the shipper.
I wouldn't USE them < Priority Movers>again. When I informed the Owner Roger tht., his Movers broke my Great Aunt's Antique Lamp. Roger said, "take a picture ". I heard nthng., I called back the next day. Roger the owner said, " he was having trouble w/his phone". I ddnt blv it. Well nthng., was done about the broken lamp. Some pple may NOT blv it, but wht goes around comes around. When we had our business if thngs., ddnt go well, being Professional. We would ask, " how can we make thngs., bet'r ".
We never moved the lamp. YOU DID because it wasn't boxed like most of your apartment when we arrived. I was in the parking lot watching my guys the entire move. The movers did take pictures when you wasn't around so if anyone would like to … More
DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL they move a little slower because they are a group of older men. they broke our tv and sent their “tv repair ” to come look at it after about a month of going back and forth and having to call from different numbers (because they will no longer answer from my number) just for them to say that they are not going to fix my tv which i found out about through the repair person not the company themselves. would never recommend this place to anyone.
