In their own words
Moved from Oregon to Colorado back in March. Paid around $9700 for the move. OF which, the price changed 3 times during the process. This is how my furniture arrived in Colorado....finally, in May. A car trailer! Plus, almost every piece of furniture was damaged or 100% ruined. Many many glass items smashed. Wood pieces broken, scratched, dented and lost legs. Adjustable base beds full of grease. $7K sofa has holes, grease and water stains.
Well after multiple attempts to get ahold of them, I've given up. They just tell me the manager will call me back and he never does. On March 17th, I hired 3 movers to come out and help me load up my house. About 2 hours in, they straight up fired one of the guys on the spot for just walking around with his hands in his pockets and not doing anything. They told me they had another guy on the way for hours, but he never showed up.
I called them on a Friday and scheduled a move for next Wednesday the 30th. They told me they would be there between 3 and 6 and it was all set. I called them wednesday and they tell me they scheduled me for The 4th of the following month, which was on a Monday... The person on the phone talked to his manager twice who basically said we can reschedule you for after you are supposed to be out of your home already, take it or leave it.
My neighbor is moving. The movers got here at 9am I was woken by them walking on my porch loudly after they closed the door and stomped up the stairs (I’ve never heard my neighbor in her apartment and I’ve been here longer then her) the movers I feel like it was a goal to be as loud as possible. I work late at night, so when there’s people being very inconsiderate with the noise level before 10am it’s very frustrating because I have no other time to sleep..
I booked this company for a local move two weeks in advance. They sent multiple emails confirming the move and reminding me of the moving date. On the morning of my scheduled move I again called to confirm. Then they never showed up! When I called them they said they would look into it and call me back in a few minutes. They did not call back. I made several attempts to reach them but was then placed on hold and they never came back to the phone.
They are far from PRO… we had several pieces of furniture scratched or damaged… the guys who did the moving were great, I had nothing against them, I just think they need to be way better at protecting peoples things😬 …
Hello Michelle. I am sorry you had a bad experience. To my knolledge we haven't received any calls about damages in a while. And we haven't received any claims at this location in over a year. I looked in our system and could not find your name.
They were late, didn't move the large pieces we needed, and were incredibly slow. I should have rented a Uhaul myself and paid my family. I will never hire movers again after this experience. Lesson learned.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
What a life saver this Pro Movers was for us. They showed up on time and were so professional in their handling of our furniture and possessions. They were so efficient and worked very hard to keep within a reasonable time frame. Not one item was broken or damaged. Extra care was given to every box. Our furniture was place exactaly where we wanted it to be. We had a garage full of tools and heavy pieces which were all moved perfectly.
Hi Jo! We appreciate your recognition of our efforts to make your move as smooth as possible.
Pro Movers moved my daughter across town in Eugene. Everything about this company was perfect. I've used a number of movers in the past and no prior experience compares favorably to this one. Jonathan and Brenden showed up exactly when they said they would, and were cheerful, personable, communicative, and did not stop or slow down at any point until the job was complete. Based on the nature of their conversations I assumed they were university students.
Thank you Bob for the wonderful review. I appreciate you taking your time to write this. Have a great day.
This review is a bit late and it is a duplicate of the one I left on Yelp but but I still wanted to post a review for this company on Google because they absolutely went above and beyond for me. First of all, they had the lowest quote from all of the movers I contacted, and I was afraid that I had underestimated the totality of my stuff - one of their competitors even scoffed and warned me of scams, but in the end Pro Movers were we the lowest cost, most transparent of their pricing and worth well more!
Thanks for the awesome review, Kristin! We’re so happy to hear from you! It is our pleasure to hear your valuable feedback.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently used ProMovers for an in-state move here in Oregon, relocating my three-bedroom home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. During the planning process, I spoke with a sales representative who took the time to explain my options and recommended using a four-person crew to make the move more efficient. I decided to follow his advice, and I’m so glad I did. What could have easily taken two movers more than six hours was completed in just four hours—including drive time.
Hi Harmony! We're ecstatic to read your positive review. It motivates us to continue delivering exceptional moving services.
