The rating breakdown
Google shows 7 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
If you need to rely on a piano moving company actually doing the job, you should look elsewhere. We've had these guys engaged for a while to load our grand piano onto our moving truck tomorrow, and now today when we called many times to check in, they returned the call just to tell us they were canceling on us. "Interestingly," the first three piano moving companies we called in an attempt to fill the lurch told us, "Yeah, we've gotten a lot of calls like this regarding that company." Save yourself the headache…
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I called Pro Piano Movers Colorado Springs after another company told me the move would be difficult. Their team came prepared with the right equipment and moved the piano safely down a narrow staircase.
