Difficult to get a quote from, not awesome communication, and the starting price is 60% higher than the second highest quote I got. Cannot speak to their service as we chose another provider. Edit to add: I care none about "ruining your business." I'm here to leave an honest review, and our interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. You are the fourth company I've called in my price shopping and between your attitude and your price I wouldn't consider you to be a competitive option.

Highly unprofessional. Based out of an apartment, not an office, so you can't visit them during their "office hours". Don't bother trying to get a quote out of them without a complete runaround. …

I can highly recommend Pro Piano Movers, LLC. They recently moved our piano from the main level to the lower level—a job that turned out to be far more complex than it sounds. Our floor plan has multiple tight turns and steps, and the lot itself is quite steep, but they handled every challenge with total professionalism. They arrived fully prepared with the right equipment, walked through the plan carefully, took detailed measurements across both levels and the yard.
Yuri and Alex moved our baby grand piano from our upstairs piano room down two flights of stairs and into our garage for temporary storage during an upcoming major home remodel. Communication was excellent. They showed up on time. Both guys are very professional and personable. We cannot recommend them highly enough and will 100% be using their services again when it's time to move our piano back upstairs. A+++

I own a 3 level mountain home at 9000 ft elevation and stairwells with turns inside and out. I hired other movers to do the job previously and once they got here, they said “ No way”. This crew arrived, looked at the options, said either would work and moved it with a ramp, dolly, and two men! They were respectful to protect the house and asked if they could move things. I was very impressed and would hire them in a heartbeat should I need the service again! You can’t go wrong here!

Pro piano moving, he did an outstanding job delivering our new piano! They took extra care not to damage anything on their way in or out, and even offered advice on how to properly care for our new instrument. I couldn't believe how seamlessly they navigated nine stairs into our entryway! We could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend! Thank you for an excellent job!
