You Move Me Denver

Do not recommend. Three pieces of broken furniture and despite buying a level up of insurance they never paid me what was owed for the items. We went back and forth for months via email, someone even called me to confirm the items and said they were working on it, then I was ghosted. No insurance payment made to me. Previously I gave this business a 5-star review because the movers said it was really important to their job that they collect 5-star reviews and wouldn’t leave until I made one right then and there.

While this is very good moving company with competent and caring movers, be warned that their moving teams are completely unethical. When the movers showed up at my residence on 01-12-2026 at 12:00 pm, they were very aggressive in stating that we needed to give a $300 cash "tip" before they started moving the contents of a very small one bedroom apartment.

I had a very disappointing experience with You Move Me Denver. On the day of my move, the crew arrived without the tools needed to complete parts of the job, which resulted in me having to leave my home and borrow a wrench from a friend. For a professional moving company, this was frustrating and not something I should have had to coordinate during an already stressful move. The most upsetting part of the experience was that an important family heirloom, an Italian marble table, was broken during the move.

UPDATE: Worst move of my life. I hired You Move Me to load a truck for me. They worked fast, but when the truck arrived, it turned out that their "quick" work was just throwing all of my stuff into the truck haphazardly. I have crushed furniture, countless broken items, and the company refuses to answer the phone or return calls. This company advertises themselves as experts in packing and moving, and instead they just threw everything in the truck and locked the door.

This is the number one WORST POS moving company I’ve ever done business with next to My Three Sons 🤢🤮. I will contesting charges and I am in a wheelchair and they had the balls to not clear the closet and leaving half my belongings throughout my Studio. Do not use these leaches. I would rate them with no stars. They don’t do a third of what you ask them to. Booking doesn’t know how to book properly and the Operations Manager is a pansy to the rest of the company and doesn’t have a backbone.

TV got dinged up during my move on 4/19. I reported my concern today 4/23. The person responding made it seem like I should have noticed this right away. I have other life responsibilities so yes it took me a couple days to notice. I also still have boxes around the house unpacked as well since I am a single mom. The moving company assured me that they hired new staff and would be more efficient however a quote of 3 hours took 8 hours and only had 2 men which was not very efficient.

Quan and Mike did a good job, they were early and swift. Very helpful with placing items in my new place. They did break a piece off my entertainment center and told me who to call to get reimbursement so I called, filled out the claim form and have been awaiting reimbursement… we are a month later and still nothing, I’ve called them twice and they say someone will call me that day and still nothing with 2 weeks of this nonsense. I won’t be using this company again.

They canceled the appointment the day of my move without telling me and never reached out to explain anything. I had to call and find out what happened when they just didn’t show. Terrible service and communication. Look elsewhere for movers.
