Very unprofessional company. 5 so called professional movers showed up and had no clue what they were doing. Damaged furniture, damaged walls and couldn't figure out how to put basic furniture in our basement. My wife and I ended up …
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Ottawa Professional Movers. We move a lot of boxes ourselves and had Professional Movers Ottawa move the furniture, gym equipment, fridge and freezer. When assembling my treadmill they dropped the console on the floor and cut the data cable. We had to call them to remind them that it needed to be repaired. They wanted to offer me a cash offer and I refused they took the arms of the treadmill and the console and took it away and came back and reinstalled it.
Not the greatest experience on this one, the movers were slow, took half hour for lunch, and one of the movers was sick so it was just 1 mover for approximately an hour. The issue isn’t that he was sick, it’s that they were in the bathroom for an hour and they charged me for the time. The quote was for a 4-5 hour move and honestly I could have done it myself during that time as it was a small move and well packed, it took them 7.5 hours to complete the job.
This is my first ever review on Google. But I feel strongly enough that I had to write this.. I just want everyone to know that this company shows a complete lack of respect for other peoples’ time. When attempting to address issues respectfully, they are unresponsive and then when trying to be more firm, they choose to ignore situations. If you know what’s good for you, avoid this company at all costs
Movers were efficient and friendly. However, administrator ended up charging more than anticipated when move was complete. A little disappointing- felt scammed as I did confirm the price with them prior to scheduling move. Will likely not use services again.

I would not recommend these guys. I called them for a quick small job, to move an elliptical machine. I told them that it was big and gave them the exact model information. I told them it was in the basement and a very tight fit to come up …
Hi Collin We are very sorry that you felt this way. We gave you an estimate based on what we charge for the regular ellipticals everyday. We have not seen the house nor the elliptical. This elliptical was about 350lbs and taking it up those tight stairs by two people was an impossible task.
Avoid avoid avoid!!! Had these guys move us last year. “Forgot” to include our piano in the quote - as this was the original reason we called them in the first place. Damaged our driveway by driving off the edge with their truck and offers …

They fully wrapped all furniture with blankets and shrink wrap for protection. They disassembled all furniture required and shrink wrapped all components carefully with the coordinating pieces for reassembly.

Gurwinder and Rohit were exceptional with my move today. I have hired movers for my last several moves, and this was by far my best experience to date. The care and concern that they had for my belongings, combined with the patience they exhibited , just felt extremely positive while I moved into my new space. They even hummed a tune or two while they worked, and it left a smile on my face. I was not stressed from one instant through the entire experience. Thank you so much!!!

I hired Professional Movers - they were beyond fantastic! My couch and chairs and anything with soft material (beds) were wrapped and moved with great care. The end tables etc were plastic wrapped - I have never seen movers take this much care - It was greatly appreciated. The team themselves were professional at all times and friendly. A GREAT experience with the team and services provided. I would not hesitate in recommending Professional Movers to anyone.
