Professional Movers Ottawa

BEWARE before booking. We booked this company based on the great reviews, though our experience was much different. 3 movers were hired and were punctual. 2 movers didn’t say 1 word to us. I didn’t take this personally at first as I know they work hard and had a lot to do. There was no communication throughout the move. While dismantling future, there was damage to the property by one of the movers.

They are unprofessional Company sends estimate guy, I opened every closet, every kitchen cabinet doors he saw everything and give me an estimate Company send people who don't know how to pack didn't finish packing after 8h estimate was 5 h They used double number off boxes then estimated They moved boxes and furniture whole day and they have to return for mattresses My husband 73 years old is driving 6 days to pickup everything that they didn't pack and moved And on top of everything they broke the most expensive…

The reviews is almost perfect because they refuse to reimburse you the damage they done. They have damage all my wooden furniture, ripped my coach and damage other things. They never reimbursed me completely and the are not professional they had no idea how to fill a truck of move furniture. They should not be in business.

The WORSE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL never showed up. Called at the time of my move @4pm. Saying they can’t be here until like 8-9pm. In the meantime I have no bed no nothing to sit on. Had to rent a room. CALLING THE BUSINESS BUREAU

At first, the movers were polite and handled the furniture with care. However, they spent a lot of time chatting and worked very slowly. They did not use any strategies to save time or make efficient use of the elevators. Despite having secured a deal over the phone, upon arrival, the mover informed me that it would take eight hours to move a two-bedroom apartment to a storage unit — even though everything was already packed and organized in one room to speed up the process.

Highly overpriced and the person who was coordinating (Priyanka) refused to listen. I kept explaining I only needed a small van since I was moving from a 1 bedroom fully furnished condo to a townhouse. I had 6 suitcases but had to transport a computer table. No furniture or bed. She still insisted I needed a truck and of course, the humongous truck could not fit inside our parking lot. She also insisted I would need the minimum 3 hours to move (including transpo to and from my condo).

I regret that I cannot give this company a lower rating than a star. They lost our computer, containing years of valuable data, and either failed to acknowledge or pretended to be unaware of its whereabouts. The owner personally visited our premises to search for the computer, admitted the mistake, and agreed to take full responsibility. We reached a compensation agreement, but despite his promise to follow up, he has since failed to do so.

Pannu, harpreet, jasgeer are 3 people that I thought were wonderful, sweet, thoughtful until I had to move myself over 100 boxes that were placed in the middle of the furniture. I could not move anything to where it should go without moving the boxes. No boxes were marked with contents, so it took me 2 wk to find the wifi connector and 3 wk to find the cable box. I still have not connected the cable box because the tv cabinet is too heavy to pull out with everything on and in it. My tip was $300.
