In their own words
The moving crew and office staff from Professional Moving & Storage in Lawrence, KS were all great. They had good communication, keeping us up-to-date before the move & had good follow-up. The guys that did the heavy lifting work were great. They arrived on time, were courteous, handled our belongings carefully, and efficiently completed the job. I highly recommend them.
Thank you for moving from Lenexa into storage with us Rhonda! What a great review for our staff!
Great experience from start to finish. Reese Jones of PMS Moving was recommended to me by my realtor in Kansas City. He came to my house and did a thorough and efficient walk-thru, creating an inventory of everything to be moved and issued a binding estimate on the spot. He was also helpful in helping me understand the moving business and how to identify and avoid high pressure brokers, and was consistently responsive in communicating with me as move day approached.
Thank you so much, Joyce. It was a pleasure working with ! Hopefully you keep warm up there in the Twin Cities!
I am blown away by the level of service, professionalism, and hard work that this company delivered. From the beginning estimates, I was treated exceptionally well and they went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that all of my concerns were addressed. The contact they kept throughout the process was great. On moving day, the crew showed up on time and worked hard to keep us on schedule and take care of all of our things. The crew was polite, professional, and extremely helpful.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting us with your move from Lawrence to Lecompton! We’re thrilled to hear that your experience—from the initial estimate through moving day—met and exceeded your expectations.
After living in one location for over 30 years moving certainly caused a great deal of anxiety on my behalf. I shouldn’t have been so concerned because once Raul and his crew members Brian and Stefan arrived it didn’t take long to see their high level of care and professionalism for all my belongings. They exhibited this care from start to finish. In addition they asked me how I wanted certain items handled before loading them on the truck .
Thank you so much, Rod! Thanks for trusting us with your local move from Prairie Village to Lawrence!
