This was a horrible experience they broke 5 items of mine including my 42 in TV, to make matters worse they weren't even going to say anything if I hadn't seen it they wouldn't have told me, they complained the whole time and then just threw my stuff all over and then swindled me out of 2000$ they also lied he said after 6 hrs it was free then after they went over several hours he changed it completely around. I have alot to move but I have done it before and it was never like this.
We made the mistake of trusting these guys to move us. First they showed up 5 hours late and clearly tired. They did not take extra care to not trash the floors at my old home. I had to scrub carpeting in the house I sold and arrange for hardwood flooring to be fixed as a result of their rushed work. The flooring at my new home was also trashed because again zero effort to not track mud/dirt into our new home. To add insult to injury my furniture is damaged. 2 out of three bedrooms sets are badly damaged.
We did not do business with this customer, we only gave them an estimate by phone (they did not like the price). The customer then posted this negative review and contacted us by text message asking us to pay them $800 to $2000 to remove this review.
The ONLY reason this review is getting a single star is due to the fact that you can’t leave less. This company is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. Their other reviews are clearly from friends and family, that they hire to move your things with no experience. I made an appointment to have my things moved on October 30th, only to have two KIDS show up to move my heirloom piano, after I was promised four movers. I told “Brandon” prior to the scheduled moving day that the piano was 900lbs.

Brandon is a complete scam artist. Upon first calling him I asked him several times if it was okay if I tell him the list of items that needed to be moved, he declined every time, saying “oh it’s okay”. I asked him about his hourly rates during that call and he said week days are cheaper than weekends. He quoted me 160 per hour. I asked him would Labor day be a good day for him to come move me and he said yes.
I paid my mothers invoice and ended up paying double of what I expected and when I requested an invoice I was told it was a verbal agreement between the owner and my mom. They failed to give her an accurate estimate and instead gave her a verbal estimate of $600 and proceeded to charge me $1200.00. They attempted to charge me for $1350.00 but I refused to pay for the fuel and truck fee because it was never mentioned.

These guys really know what they are doing! They were punctual, extremely polite, and absolutely professional. I did not need to instruct them in any way except where things would go at the home being moved to. I honestly could not have asked for a more efficient experience all the way around I am very particular when it comes to communication and I was left with no questions whatsoever. I would highly recommend this company to next person and I believe they would be left just as pleased as I was.
Great movers! I was extremely pleased and very satisfied with the services of Project Moving. Brandon and his associate did an excellent job of moving a very large, heavy piece of furniture into my 2nd floor apartment. They had a tight, tough squeeze where the main hallway ends at 2 doorways (at a right angle to each other) and a small hall.
These movers are amazing. They went above and beyond to help my mom move a huge amount of stuff. Going way out of the way to help sort her stuff and deal with her hoard and storage mishap. The also moved me and my stuff into my new apartment. Quickly and professionally taking care of valuables and antiques. I worked with cooper and his crew and I recommend project movers for anyone. Amazing service at a great price. And if you guys are reading this thank you so much for helping me and my mom.
I found Project Moving by doing Google search and reading online reviews. Even doing this you are always a little leary not knowing what you're going to get. I can tell you if you use Project Moving you will have nothing to worry about. Brandon and his crew were amazing. They arrived on time and worked their butts off the entire day. Loading and uploading went better than I could have imagined. They packed the truck wasting no space taking things we hadn't planned on because there was room.
