I have used this company before for a move about two years ago. That move was excellent and the move I had yesterday was the opposite of that. To begin with I thought that it would be a good experience with a call checking in to tell me they would be there in about 30 minutes. They then showed up about an hour and a half later with no update/explanation when they arrived, which no worries.
DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cancelled the morning of our move (booked weeks in advance and confirmed the day before). Offered us no other solutions or help, simple said there was nothing they could do. …
This is a fake review. Our company has not "no showed, cancelled" on one single customer ever. Whether rain, or shine we pride ourselves on being reliable. Carrie, if you are a real person, please call our office to help us understand what company you actually scheduled with to prevent this…
Left several messages company never returned calls. How you run a company and not answer the phone or even return calls.

I recently hired this moving company to help move my mom into my home, as well as move some of her belongings from her two-story house into a storage unit. In just one day, their 3-man crew managed to move everything from a full two-story home into both a residential home and a commercial storage facility. The team was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. Communication throughout the day was smooth, and they handled everything with care.
Pro Star Movers did an outstanding job helping us move into our new home in Midlothian May 8th 2025 The crew was incredibly respectful, professional, and efficient from start to finish. We had an absolutely phenomenal experience with ProStar Moving. Matt came to our home to give us a quote for our move from DFW to Oklahoma, which was VERY reasonable compared to quotes that I had received from other companies. He was clear with what to expect with the packers and movers, and he patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions.
