Had some water damage due to door not coming down completely. Tried doing a claim and was denied. What is the point of a required insurance when the insurance they provide doesn't cover anything. Be ware of this place.

I would give them a lesser rating if I could. My mothers significant other was holding some of my military uniforms in his unit while I was out of the country. During that time my mother passed and he was incarcerated. I have no clue how to get ahold of him, so I’ve been paying on this unit for 3 years now. I finally got through to an employee after several unanswered phone calls and unanswered messages, only to find out that I cannot retrieve my military uniforms and some of my mothers belongings.

If there was a lower score I'd give that one. Room was in need if repair when I went to clean up to put my stuff in. Attendant offered me the only other room available and the door was also broken on the second one. As for a refund, I have to wait until the manager shows up fays from now😡. I would recommend you ask before you go and waste your time just to find out the rooms are unusable...

Wish I could leave negative stars. This place increased the monthly payment without notice. Also, my unit was broken into, and they couldn't provide footage. Take it the break-in happened right after I emailed to complain about the price increase. What a coincidence, right?
