We recently moved 6/13 and hired Qshark to help. My husband recently injured his neck and has been unable to move anything heavy so having help was necessary for us. The movers arrived on time and got things packed up reasonably quick. The actual move itself was nothing special. The movers broke my husbands desk, which was not a huge deal, accidents happen and that is why we got the insurance. Once we got to our new place is when things got unfortunate.

Lost items, slow movers. Cost way more than what was quoted and shouldve been done much faster. Ended up helping myself.

We were in transition between homes, with escrow closing earlier on one home that it did on the other. We hired this company to move our belongings into storage for the few weeks that we needed. The truck broke down in the parking lot of our condominium, and by the time they were able to get it running and over to the unit there was little time to unload so it was done in a hurry. When storage was unloaded the wooden furniture was badly scratched, my sons desk and chair were broken, and a brand new tv was cracked.
We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, even though it was not up to our usual standards. We're sincerely sorry for the inconveniences and the damage that occurred during your move last year.

This was our third time using Qshark. They are always great. They work hard, are on time and are great packers and organizers - and all for a good price. We had Ryan and Ricardo today and they were awesome. They did a great job wrapping and protecting our furniture and they amazed me with how they got all of it fit in our storage. Great to work with and we plan to use them again when we move our stuff from storage to our new home.

I had an awesome experience with the QShark Team today 5.25.25! Ryan and Wali did a fantastic job and were on time, efficient, respectful of my belongings, and had a great vibe about them (which is the most important thing to me). Communication was excellent, from the reminder call 48hrs prior to service, 24hrs prior and day of move. I had ALOT of stuff from my apartment to move from my former upstairs unit to my new place which is also upstairs.
