In their own words
I would strongly discourage anyone from using this moving company. The experience started with a quoted price that I agreed to before the move. However, after my belongings had already been picked up and while the company was still in possession of some of my items, I was informed that I would have to pay additional money far beyond the original quote. I was essentially told that my remaining belongings would not be delivered unless I paid the increased amount.
Sean, I appreciate you sharing your perspective. I would like to clarify a few important details regarding this move. … More
Quality moving and more LLC. Two foot dent/scratch on my 1 year old fridge. Was told don’t worry we have good insurance. That was three months ago and won’t call me back. More stuff was scratched but only wanted fridge taken care of. Ashley kept saying she’d get back to me now not returning my calls. I sent fridge invoice liked they asked. Left message yesterday saying I’ll be calling better business bureau if she doesn’t call me back, nothing!

Hello, we are sorry to hear about this issue, unfortunately you have the wrong company we do not take any down payments or deposits. We have had this happen numerous times you are looking for quality moving experts.
My experience was horrible. It was not what the lady quoted. The guys got into with some of the neighbors. They were here longer because he put up the furniture wrong, broke a TV. Then said sending some in the morning to mount the tvs.

We received exceptional service. The movers went above and beyond. They only had one elevator to work with at the new residence. This was not an easy job. The move was done at the time promised. The quote never changed. This is a top notch moving company. The movers were respectful, courteous and busted their ass till the end. I’m so glad I choose Quality Moving & More. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of moving residential or commercial.
