The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I was fairly nervous when trying to determine movers. This is something you do not do very often and your network does not do very often so it is difficult to get recommendations on a moving service. The reviews online are not especially helpful for moving companies as all companies have mostly good and some bad. I say this to paint the picture of where my mind was.
What a review!!! so descriptive and very helpful We will share with the crew and this one makes the Wall of Fame, no doubt! All the best to you in your new home...HAPPINESS!!! Thanks for your business! Quality Movers Making your moving day a special day, since 1994
Great customer service and great moving experience! I hired Quality Moving and Storage to move an apartment of furniture and other things to a house. WOW, what a positive experience! Starting with the General Manager - she was so friendly and responsive anytime I contacted her! Then, there were two young men who came to move the furniture - they arrived right on time and were extremely polite and courteous, something that is often missing these days.
Quality Moving is an awesome company! I used their services for the second time in a year, and both times their work was great. Moving is one of the hardest things to do, and Quality makes it much easier. Jill in the office was so friendly and helpful with coordinating the timing of my move and fitting me into their schedule. And Nick Franta, the owner, is very hands-on and also talked with me in the process to make sure all would go smoothly.
What a fabulous review! Nearly perfect! We sure appreciate all your kind and detailed comments...THANKS!!! This one is a "grand champion" review and will definitely make the "wall of Fame" at the shop! WOW! Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Dave and his team…. Wow it’s hard to put into words how impressed and ecstatic I am with their work! You may be thinking move, ecstatic, those words don’t go well together… We’ll Dave showed up with his team right on the dot and after not only pricing extremely fair and saying no problem if I want to look around for another mover, no pressure, he showed up and he and his incredible team got the job finished in what I consider to be record timing!
My my, this has to be one of the best reviews we have ever received! What a great story! Filled with so many kind words and overwhelming thoughts and comments. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Best part...":A steal of a bill"! That's awesome!
