The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We called 14 piano movers, and Quality Piano was not the cheapest one but by far the most satisfying and reliable experience we had with movers. The movers arrived on time, they were kind, and were careful with the piano. The customer representative on the phone who helped us arranged the move was professional and reliable. She was also very kind with all of our questions. When we were researching piano movers, we were looking for three things in the company: 1.
We needed to move a baby grand. We researched three options, including Quality Piano. All of the price estimates were within about twenty-percent of each other. Quality Piano was the only option that included insurance for the piano and related structures. Quality Piano promised more flexible calendaring. Quality piano was much more prompt in answering our questions (and we liked their answers better). All of these factors influenced our choice of Quality Piano.
Quality, piano, movers, move the grand piano from a residence home to our church at St Gall Elburn. The three men were very professional, courteous, and it was evident they all knew the part they played in removing the piano from the residence home loading it onto the truck And delivering it to St Gall. The fee that we were charged was very reasonable and much lower than local competition. I highly recommend this company for your piano move. Ken Wagman, Director of Sacred Music, St Gall Parish. Elburn, Illinois.
Very satisfied with Quality Piano Pros. Another company cancelled on me day off, and Quality Piano Pros were able to schedule me next day for a 6 foot grand piano move. The team was so fast, smooth, and professional. I could not be happier with the whole team. Office was friendly with clear communication. Moving team was clearly experienced, and also kind. Highly recommend!
