I am giving them a one star because the place is very clean. However, customer service was horrible.. the comunication was terrible.. the young lady in the office was very good..i wish i had taken down the mans name though, he was rude and condisending. I was told one thing by the girl and he was like... nope, we dont do that. Then he would just stare at me with a smug look on his face, i asked for clarification and was me t with more sarcasm.

Horrible place, please do not do business with these sick people. Worst experience of my life just trying to store my things, not get ripped off and argue with some malajusted luntic, seemed so nice at first. Be warned.

Well, for no apparent reason I was evicted after only being there 2 weeks. I ask what was the reason and they told me there was no reason, then I ask is there some type of lottery that decided who gets evicted and the clerk told me No,there’s no lottery either who decided who get kicked out and then she said they justify what they feel. I don’t do the race card,but as being a black man it kinda make me wonder why I got evicted. This storage company is bad business.

These jerks are locking people out of their units even though rent is paid up. It's illegal and it happens that all the people experiencing this are homeless. Coincidence??

Wow am I ever impressed! Not only did Kerri provide *excellent* customer service, QSS clearly runs a tight ship! The facility is clean and every safety precaution is taken so I felt really good about using them to store my personal belongings. Also, the reservation took extra time due to an issue on my end and Kerri was warm, personable, and entertaining during the whole process. Can't recommend them highly enough! A+++
