UNITS Long Distance Moves Division

From start to finish, working with UNITS was a truly stress-free and seamless experience. The team was attentive, professional, and incredibly communicative, walking me through every step so I was never out of the loop. I appreciated working directly with a real person who understood my needs and provided one-on-one, personalized service.

Units provided outstanding services in support of my recent long-distance move. The company's agents were very professional, delivering the unit when promised, and carefully placing it exactly where it was needed. I appreciated having the time to pack the unit carefully, and the flexibility to have it delivered at the time that worked best for me. Finally, a Units move is a great value. I heartily recommend the company to anyone who wants to manage their own move.

Relocating to a new area from three states away can be difficult, expensive & stressful. Calling a local office & having a real life person answer the phone, was just the beginning. Local office transferred me to Long Distance Division where once again a live human answered the phone and set up the delivery of the Unit as well as made arrangements on the other end to deliver to the new place. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable & professional.

I was in the process of relocating from North Carolina to California, with the move scheduled for a Friday. Budget contacted me on Wednesday to inform me that they were unable to accommodate my needs due to the unavailability of a car dolly. I subsequently contacted several major companies, but unfortunately, none of them could provide the necessary support. Fortunately, I then contacted Units and spoke with Mike from North Carolina, who was exceptionally polite and helpful.
