In their own words
I used R&S to drop off rental items for an event, and to pick them up the following Monday. Drop off went smooth, which is why I’m not giving a one-star review. When it came time to pick the items up, they were completely unresponsive. The items were supposed to be picked up from my client’s home before 1:00p.m. I called and texted all day until I had to call the rental company, and then let R&S know that I knew the items hadn’t been picked up. Finally I get an answer at 4p.m.
Ray moved me a few months ago and broke two brand new TV’s. When I confronted him about his poor packing choices, he accused me of trying to commit friendly fraud. I watched him pack all of my belongings into a van, not a truck as he advertises, with no kind of protection. The TV’s were placed on top of each other, screen to screen, causing damage directly in the corners where they were connected. I’ve since given him time to remedy the situation but he’s refused so I’ll be taking legal action.
We respectfully dispute this review. We have worked with this client’s family for years—including multiple successful moves—and continue to be their trusted mover. The TV shown in the photo is the same TV the client provided to us for donation, which was already damaged.

I highly recommend Raymond amazing service he provides. He is well spoken. Great communication, humble, and very friendly person. We were impressed with their services. On time, he took good care of delivery the goods. As I say I highly recommend his company and Ray is very hardworking person and honest. Amazing!
R & S Moving made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful, and got right to work without wasting a minute. What stood out most was the care they took with every item. Nothing was just tossed around or rushed. Everything was carefully protected, handled properly, and placed in satirically to safe space. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Moving is stressful enough, but they made the experience feel organized and worry-free.

As someone who’s moved around a lot, I’m truly grateful to have ray and his crew help me transition from one place to another. Not only was he and his crew on time, they worked SUPER fast. Hard and always with a smile. They are reliable. Honest. Trustworthy. And people who seem to actually care about their job and their clients. If you’re looking to find a company to move you, I’d go with this one. For my next move, I already got R &S moving on speed dial!
